This has been the best experience with a storage facility. They were very responsive and easy to work with. They even go the extra mile like when we hadn’t locked our unit correctly and they put their own lock on it until we could get back to fix our mistake. Went in this morning to sign for my unit that I reserved online. Greg was super helpful and friendly. Took me out and showed me my unit which was clean and almost looked brand new even thou I know the company has been there for year. Very affordable and I am glad they are here in Chelsea.
